    Classified by structure

    • Radial tire

      Tire cord and tire tread center line is close to 90 degree or 90 degree angle, like the earth's meridian. And the use of beam layer, in accordance with the requirements of high-speed and safe driving.

    • Bias tire

      Tire cord and tire tread center line is 30°-40° degree angle. The tire is for general use.

    • Belted bias tire

      The structure is the same as bias tire, but there is a belt of radial tire under tire tread.When contact with road surface,the belt will inhibit tyre tread peristalsis to extend the service life.

    Classified by season

    • All season tire

      With the characteristics of both summer tires and snow tires, can be used in four Seasons. We usually use this all season tires.

    • Summer tire

      Generally use in spring, summer, and autumn, with excellent performance of high speed driving and stability, it is the most suitable tire for summer.

    • Snow tire

      As a tire use in the snow, it has deep block tread pattern, with good traction and braking ability, and good cold resistance of tread compound.

      Some snow tires inlaid with nails to enhance the vehicle anti-skidding on frozen road. If snow tire is used in summer,it will increase heating and cause an accident.

    Classified by with or withour inner tube

    • Tubeless tire (TL)

      Tubeless tires are pneumatic tires that do not require a separate inner tube.

      Tubeless tires have continuous ribs molded integrally into the bead of the tire so that they are forced by the pressure of the air inside the tire to seal with the flanges of the metal rim of the wheel.

    • Tubed tire (TT)

      Tubed tire requires a separate inner tube and need air inflation before using.

    1Tire underinflated will caurse the following damages

    As shown in the graph, underinflation will shorten tire life. We should check the pressure first if the tire life is shorten.

    Accelerate tire wearing,especially for uneven wear of tire shoulder.

    The cord is cut off and separated from the rubber.

    Sidewall will burst.

    Fuel consumption increased.

    Cause tread chunking due to the effect of centrifugal force when high-speed drving(>100km/h).

Air Inflation Notes

1.A new tire have expansion tendency at the certain initial use, which will cause tire volume increase and internal pressure decreases. Thus, new tires are suggested to have regular inspection at the initial 3000km.

2.Pay attention to air leakage. Change a new valve core if tire deflated, also if the valve cap lost please complement in time.

3.Generally, the air pressure of spare tire is lower than normal inflation pressure. So don't forget to check the pressure before using a spare tire.

4.When driving with dual tire(truck and bus), the pressure must be kept within the tolerance of the standard inflation pressure +/-0.5kg/cm2. We suggest to check the presure at least every 10 days.When a truck or passenger car is running at a high speed, the pressure must be kept within the tolerance +/-0.1kg/cm2 of the standard inflation pressure, the pressure difference of two dual tires should not higher than 0.2kg/cm2.

5.The max. pressure is 10kg/cm2 in winter, and 9.5kg/cm2 in summer.

10 Factors Affecting Type Wear

1. Air pressure

Both tire air pressure too high or too low will affect the service life.

If the tire pressure is too low, will enlarge the radial deformation, metamorphosing the sidewall and cause tire temprature increased, then shorten the tire lifetime obviously.

If the tire pressure is too high, will increase the tire rigidity and reduce the deformation and contact area, increase the unit pressure of tread center and speed up the abrasion.

2. Loading

Insufficient loading capacity will easily break the carcass.

Overload will increase the stress of tire shoulder and intensify sidewall deformation, easy to cause heating up, then accelerat tire tread wearing.

3. Speed

All the tires produced by regular manufacturer should have marked speed level index. So tires should be worked within the highest driving speed corresponding to the specified velocity level index.

Tire Preserving Notes

  • 1. The tire should be preserved in a dry warehouse, avoid direct sunlight, and no too much ventilation. interior temperature is better to keep in a range from -10℃ to +30℃, and relative humidity should be 50-80%.
  • 2. The location where preserve the tire should keep one meter from heat producer, do not put together with oil, flammables, sour, and alkali etc.
  • 3. Outer tire or a whole set tire should be vertically placed on the shelf, and change the fulcrum regularly for at least every three months.
  • 4. It is necessary to take a slight inflation and apply talcum powder on surface of the inner tube while preserving the cover and inner tube together.
  • 5. If the inner tube is stored separately, should hanging in a semi-circular frame with inflation, and often rotate the fulcrum to prevent deformation or wrinkle.
  • 6. Do not tear off the package and stay original storage for the well-pack tires.
  • 7. Storing the tires in batches by the production time or storage time, use the tires in way of first in first out.
